In Stock FR07 WRY 7 Inch WRY is a post-punk/indie band hailing from New Haven, CT with stellar frontman Jerry Morgan waxing poetic on the microphone. The music has two spiffy guitars intertwined like tangled kites on fire and unusually loud kick, kick, snare. In Stock FR06 Octis/Child Abuse Split 7 Inch Amazing instrumental music from Octis (Mick Barr of Orthrelm then, Krallice now) with drum machine and wicked electric guitar. Child Abuse is great, loud, keyboard insanity from NYC. This 7 inch was Child Abuses' debut release back in Fall 2005 and they still release awesome records on the excellent Lovepump United Records. More about Tigercity here Sold Out FR04 Minibosses/Penny Winblood Split CD Minibosses (3 songs) play heavy rock versions of Nintendo 8-bit songs with guitars, big amps and drums. The 3 Minibosses songs were later released on their own self produced full length CD and now available for free on www.minibosses.com. Penny Winblood will blow you away. They contribute 5 songs of spastic, 150 bpm squalor, broken up by pockets of soft vocals and noise crunch. Sold Out FR02 Hotel Full Length CD Jim Aveni's solo and band project Hotel lived and breathed from 2002 until 2006. Americana, rock, pop, indie, folk all rolled into an amazing debut CD. Since this CD release Jim's played in more bands than we can count as a multi-purpose backup musician and frontman. In 2008, Aveni appeared on David Letterman playing slide guitar for Dustin Kensrue.
